RafflePilot ("the app") is a tool for drawing winners from raffle and prize tickets, and for calling bingo. This policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: it collects no personal information, and everything you create stays on your device.

Data we collect

No personal information. RafflePilot does not collect, sell, or share any personal information. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. The only data that leaves the device is the technical update check described under Network use.

Data you create

Everything you enter — your raffles, ticket ranges, names or entries you paste, prizes, bingo games, and draw history — is stored only on your device using the operating system's local storage. It never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this data, and Settings → Reset app deletes it from inside the app.

Network use

The app works fully offline. When it has a connection, it checks for app updates with Expo (EAS Update), the service used to deliver bug fixes. That request contains only technical information: the app's version and update information, the platform (iOS or Android), and a random identifier the app creates for this installation, so updates can be delivered reliably. It contains no personal information and none of your raffles, names, or winners, and it is not used for tracking or advertising. See Expo's privacy policy.

After you have seen a few winners, the app may once show the store's own rating prompt (Apple or Google). Any rating you give is handled by the App Store or Google Play, not by RafflePilot.

The app does not track your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any device sensors.

Preferences

Your language and appearance (light/dark) preferences are also stored locally on the device and are never transmitted.

Children

The app is safe for all ages. Because it collects no personal information, it collects no personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
