How can we help?

Email tnerbovik@gmail.com and include your phone model and the app version (shown under Settings → About). You'll get a reply from the person who makes the app.

Common questions

Do I need an internet connection?

No. RafflePilot works fully offline, so you can draw at any venue, even without Wi-Fi or mobile signal.

Is the draw fair?

Yes. Every remaining ticket has an equal chance, picked with your phone's cryptographic random number generator, and a ticket that has won cannot be drawn again. You can leave out unsold tickets so only sold tickets are in the draw.

Where are my raffles stored? Can I move them to a new phone?

Only on the phone you made them on. RafflePilot has no account or cloud sync, so there is nothing to sign in to — and nothing to move between phones from inside the app.

I made a mistake in a draw.

Open the raffle, tap Show options, and choose Undo to take back the last draw. In bingo, Undo is on the game screen.

Which bingo games are supported?

30, 75, 80 and 90 balls, with stages such as line, two lines and full house. You can rename stages and add a prize to each.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Reset app deletes all raffles, winners and history and restores the default settings. Uninstalling the app does the same.

I bought the app on a new phone. Do I pay again?

No. Sign in to the App Store (or Google Play) with the same account you bought it with, and download it again for free.

Is RafflePilot a gambling app?

No. It is a drawing tool for raffles, prize draws and bingo that you run yourself. It does not sell tickets or handle money. Check your local rules for running raffles and bingo.
